Dr. Philip Heimann worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Europe and the U.S. for 5 years, focused on sales and service operations, customer experience in services industries, and digital service delivery models. He then co-founded and built a multi-language contact center for sales and service outsourcing company in Berlin which he successfully sold in 2014. Over the past 10 years, Philip has built and transformed dozens of B2C and B2B sales and service environments on both sides of the Atlantic. His current focus is on digitization of health services. Philip holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a Masters Degree in International Management.
